August 20, 2023 – It was the hope of the Executive that the Foundation would be able to go ahead with the August board meeting on the date that was set at the board meeting in May, i.e. August 26th.  However, a perfect storm of events has resulted in the need to postpone the meeting to a later date.

The Constitution and Consecration ceremonies of Pearl of the Orient Lodge No. 206 and the subsequent Installation of Officers has prevented, or made extremely difficult, the attendance of a significant number of DDGMs and board members.  In addition, some pressing personal matters have emerged for several members of the executive which have made their attendance difficult.

We have, therefore, most reluctantly decided to postpone the meeting until early September.  The date will be confirmed as soon as possible.
