The Mental Health Foundation is a charity, whose mission is “to help people to thrive through understanding, protecting, and sustaining their mental health.
Giving and sharing your blessings to those in need promote the feeling of genuine happiness. When you give to a charity that is important to you, you are not only assisting them in doing their important job, but you are also increasing your mental well-being as well, which is a win-win scenario!
We extend our gratitude to the Masonic Foundation of Alberta for their generous matching contribution of $2000, elevating the total to $4500 and greatly impacting our charitable efforts.
